Life Coaching Terms of Service

All fees are due in advance.  All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.  Cashapp can be arranged to accommodate some financial situations.  All payments are due prior to sessions.  Fees and services are subject to change without notice.   

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for a 100% refund of the purchase price of your coaching package, when cancelled within 24-hours of purchase.   

Missed sessions
You will be contacted at the agreed time for your coaching session.  If phone goes to voice mail, a message will be left.  Client has 5 minutes to return call or session will be forfeited.  Missed session will be billed at full rate and can't be pro-rated or rescheduled. However,  depending on the reason of missed session, client may be able to reschedule. It is the responsibility of the client to reschedule.  

Professionalism is maintained at all times. Client's information is never shared unless client threatens to hurt self or others, then we are bounded by law to report. Private information might be shared in the rare circumstances of being subpoenaed. Also this company and workers render the right to protect self if anyone publicly makes malice and false allegations. 

We do not provide medical services or medical advice. This is not therapy or counseling nor is it meant to replace. We do not offer advice of any kind, only guidance. The coach's intentions is to ask thought-provoking questions to gear client in a new direction, assist client with setting a client-driven goal, assist with generating an action plan and to be a motivator and facilitator. The client is ultimately responsible for decisions and actions.
